i was talking to my dad on the phone and he mentioned that they couldn't leave for lolo's lunch because it's flooded everywhere. i was up that night reading all the tweets and seeing pictures-- i was so surprised how devasted the city was.. i mean we get typhoons but this one has wreaked the most havoc on the city itself.
